Please read everything carefully and MOST IMPORTANTLY there’s 2 THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE : 1: Pay the player fees and 2 : Answer the questions at the end of this email.

PAYMENTS PLAYERS - GUESTS

60€ per player. All food (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 Saturday diner) included, as well as field rental,showers,water,players gifts,campsite and everything you can imagine.

Please pay all playerfees before Friday 04/05/2012.

If you have any troubles knowing exactly how much players your team will be, please make an estimated guess and pay those fees. We can arrange for refunds or extra payments at the tournament itself. Thanks for a quick payment !

FOOD

G-Spot is “all-in” except for drinks, cause we know how much you like that.

We’re also cutting down on our waste so please BRING YOUR OWN PLATE,CUP,DRINKING BOTTLE and CUTLERY !

LODGING

We have a nice official campsite nearby. Only 3 minutes walking from the main tent, which is not at the same place as last year ! It is nearby the water and much closer to the campsite.

Bring your own tent and sleeping bag and mattress.

Reservations for the campsite will be made by us, according to the numbers you send us (all info we need is at the end of this mail.)

Camping is included in playersfee.

If you would prefer special accommodation feel free to contact us. We’ll help along the way.

PROGRAM

Friday evening: welcome drinks starting /at/ 7 PM - main tent

Saturday: captains meeting 8.15 AM + first games 9 AM !

Saturday evening: showcase game around 8PM (exact timing will be announced)

Sunday: Final at 3.15PM

FORMAT

2 poules of 10 teams will play a Swiss-draw system each for 3 games.

Top 4 of each poule will play quarter finals for ranking 1-8.

Poule placings 5-8 of each poule will play quarter finals for ranking 9-16.

The bottom 2 teams of each poule after the swiss draw will play a round-robin for rankings 17-20.

SCHEDULE

We had a nice schedule up and ready for you until unfortunately Mixed Veg from Ireland had to drop out due to multiple injuries and other issues.

New schedule will be out next week. Keep an eye on your mailbox and our facebook page for it to appear !

FIELDS

We will be playing on artificial fields, which are brand new and state of the art.

Only a few pointers to look after on the fields:

 - No smoking allowed, please leave the fields if you do wish to smoke. - No bikes allowed on fields. - No dogs. - No food and drinks (except water on the fields) - No cleats with metallic studs.

Please follow these guidelines as it is very important for the use of these artificial fields !

HOW TO GET THERE

The sports centre is called Blaarmeersen.

Adress is Zuiderlaan 5, 9000 Gent.

If you come by car you will be able to follow the road signs nearby to get to the exact spot.

Give us a shout if you need extra travelling info.

By bus,train or other public transport : Take the train to station Gent-Sint-Pieters, and there you can take bus 41/42/43/44 direction Blaarmeersen. More info at www.delijn.be or send us an email.
