Hi disc fans!,
We are Sbronzetti Frisbee Club, the only team in Sardinia, born in 2010. We’re organizing our first ultimate tournament here in Sardinia, and, just because of our “first time”, we would know how many teams could be interested in it, before editing the event.
What?
Ultimate outdoor mixed tournament. 8 or 16 teams, 4 grass fields
When?
April 28th 29th, with the chance to stay until the morning of May the first.
Where?
In Sinnai, a very nice village 13 kilometres far from Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, about 8 km from the beach and about 15 from the airport (we have Ryanair too). In Sinnai we will stay in a confortable Club House where we will able to put you up for all the days of the tournament (fields, board and lodging). Possibility to spend Monday at Poetto beach, the longest Sardinian seaside, riding horse, running, swimming and sunbathing… and, of course, playing ultimate! The first of May, we could participate to “Sant’Efisio”, the most important traditional festival celebrated in Cagliari.
How much does it cost?
50 euro per player
50 euro for the team fee
Including: welcome party on Friday, two breakfast, two lunches and two dinners, one of them typical dinner (drinks included during the meals), theme party on Saturday evening, big tents for all the players just opposite the fields, transfer between Club House and the sea and a lot of… the most Sardinian red wine, cannonau!
Why?
Because it’s our first tournament, we need to grow up in Sardinia and we need you to do it in the best way! Because here the climate is so temperate and sunny that the real problem will be leave the island, and because we’re not good at ultimate, but in organizing partys…! For all this reasons (and so on) the question is not “why?” but “why not!”
Let me know!!!
